Updating you NJLakes Automall website is easy!

There are several items that you can update and change on your website as often as you like. Those items include the following:

• Your Company Logo Graphic Image

• The two paragraphs of text at the head of the Opening Page. You can use on paragraph to give your Address and Phone contact Information. The second one could be for directions or to announce any special promotions you may wish to run.

• The pictures and descriptions of the cars you have available for sale
  
  Remember you can change these things as often as you like 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!  - - Your NJLakes Automall never closes - -

Here is a short tutorial with actual links to the demo for you to try.....

1. When you enter this URL in your web browser you should see the login screen shown on the right. http://automall.njlakes.net/demopage/ Login as Guest with the password automall
2. The page shown on the right is the Merchandising Interface page.We will go through the sections of this page in detail in the panels below.
3. The section shown on the right is to update the description of each car. Note the Radio buttons to tell the system if we are Adding a new Record or Updating an existing one.
4. The panel on the right will grow automatically as you add cars to your site. It will show a thumbnail of the info as it is posted to your website for each car.
5. Click on the Browse button to open the windows Choose file dialog box. Select the image file you want to post to the website and click on Open.
6. Click on Set Picture to Upload the image file you just selected. The thumbnail image should now show your new picture.
7. To change the description of each car you must enter the Correct Car ID#. Then enter the Make , Model, Year, Proce and a brief description of the car in the scrolling textbox. Be sure to select either the Add New Record or the Update Existing Record Radio button.
